How to use
●Chill the ICEING-FIT MD in a freezer for several hours.
●Take it out and check the pack to make sure that it is appropriate temperature and is not damaged.
●Apply carefully onto the affected area. If it is too cold to apply directly onto the skin, wrap the pack in cloth to avoid frostbite.
●Hold the pack in place with a rubber band or bandage as necessary.
